    Would it be possible to put your bud right into a freezer and then pull it out and squeeze resin. This would go a long way to dealing with smell. Even the resin smells less than flowers. And I mean, how long does it take to throw your plants in the freezer. Just a thought.

    I plant straight into the ground. I mean "the dirt". Usually. That's the way cannabis has been growing for many years so I guess it won't hurt it. But perhaps a finely-tuned operation will result in Greater Terps or greater THC. don't know.

    Horses are fed grass hay, mostly. I never use animal products in my compost. Be careful what you put in your compost pile as you can attract vermin.

    If you live in a farming area you can pick up rained on Alfalfa for free. The farmers have no use for it and are happy to get rid of it.
