Hi Don, I've tried soil and its just not a happening thing for me... I love the control of the DWC... All you need is a nutrient pen and something to check your pH levels and its all good.... My medium is clayballs, so there's nothing I have to consider there, only what's in the reservoir...

Hoochy, I too suffer from high temps in the summer time, but I combat that with a portable air conditioner... Its the best $400 I've ever spent.... I only have to use it for about 3 months of the year.... I also drop my lights back to 600's in the summer and bump them up to 1000's in the winter...

Totally get where you're coming from Hoochy, its not good here either at the moment...

Hi 420, see the steel grate you're sitting your plants on? Next crop, put the plants underneath it and let them grow up thru the screen... You'll get a better yield and they wont grow as high, and your branches will spread horizontally... Scrogging its also known as... Just a little idea I got...

As far as I am aware, Autoflowers will not survive 2Rusty... They are designed for a short lifespan... But nature can be amazing, so you never know... Give it a go... :-)

I've never grown in an aerogarden, but I do use aeroponics... I think you should leave the pump running.... It wont take long for them to get bigger, and they'll use more water anyway... So don't stress... :-)
