the powder is 1/4 teaspoon per gallon.........i don't know about the liquid. i know that this shit is really expensive and i haven't noticed that much difference in the plants that got big bud and those that didn't.

i use molasses during the last few weeks of flowering in a dwc setup. it really fucks your roots up though.........gives them a really shitty brown coloration. i also have used sweet and heavy but only during later flowering stage
