Still no independent review of the GeekBeast Pro???

Agreed, your setup is awesome. I've got a bedroom with two tents, one for flower and one for veg. Currently breaking everything down so I can replace the carpet in the room with vinyl flooring. Your amazing setup has got me thinking about ditching the tents and just using the entire room though...

Hey man. Mine is working great through the app but you need to buy the bluetooth-ready drivers. I don't think you can connect to the drivers with a physical switch. You may be able to return them for the bluetooth ones. Good luck!

Still no independent review of the GeekBeast Pro???

Nothing better than validation from the man himself!! I just finished my first grow with the GeekBeast and my flowers came out beautifully. The only issue I'm still battling is high temperatures in my tent. It sounds like Shane is saying that one GeekBeast actually puts out too much output for...

The Runtz in the 4x4 tent under the Kingbrite light. Big bulky bitch, you can compare to the Runtz in the first pic under the Geek Beasts. Hopefully they catch up!

Update on my plants. I'm somewhere around week 3 of flower with my 8x4 tent with the Geek Beast Pros. Unfortunately yesterday I found two of the plants herm'd and a few pollen sacs had opened so I'll probably be dealing with some seeds. I'm thinking it's genetic as those two plants are the only...

Man I would love to try no till living soil one day. I think I might give it a shot in my outdoor garden next season. How do you have your Geek Beast set up for flower? Full brightness, UV & IR?

Has anybody grown Runtz or Peanut Butter Breath on here?

Where'd you get your Runtz clone from? I'm in Lathrop, not far from Stockton. I've got some Runtz going as well. Seeds I got from a seedbank (gelatoseeds.com). I've got 4 going and honestly they each look completely different lol. One is extremely bushy and the other not so much. I took...

The Geek Light / Geek Beast Pro thread

Let's discuss all things Geek Light. I'm the happy owner of 2 Geek Beast Pros in my 4x8 tent. It's been a few weeks since I've put them in. The plants went through a little bit of light stress and a nutrient lockout issue but they seem to be on the right track now. Lights are at 60%...

UV during Veg stimulate male expression?

I too am trying to find the sweet spot for my 2x Geek Beast Pros in my 4x8. My plants endured a bit of light stress as well. I've got the lights down to 60% and about 2 feet above the canopy and they seem very happy. Plants are still in veg, I have not introduced any UV or IR yet. I would...

High temp and low humidity problems in my tents

I've been thinking hard about this one and I'm not sure if there's a practical way to vent into another room in the house. Even if I were to cut into the walls to exhaust it into another room, I feel like I'd be creating another problem. My central A/C is already working overtime all day long to...

High temp and low humidity problems in my tents

I've vented the tent back into the room for a few hours. Temps are up 2 degrees and climbing. RH has went up a few percent but not sure if it's worth the temp increase

High temp and low humidity problems in my tents

My outdoor climate is extremely hot and dry. These past few weeks have been in excess of 105*F with humidity in the low 20 percent. I thought venting outside would help with my heat issues. I can try venting back into the tent room to see if that helps.

High temp and low humidity problems in my tents

Just pulled the trigger on a pair of AC Infinity T6 and S6 fans. I'll use them as exhaust and intake in the 4x8 and I can swap over the 6inch over to the 4x4. Hopefully with a few pond foggers I can get the RH of the room up and the increased circulation at lower fan speeds should help as well...

High temp and low humidity problems in my tents

Would adding an intake fan help with being able to keep temps low with lower fan speed? I was looking into a swamp cooler, but hate to add something to my system that would need to be refilled constantly. Right now my 55gallon res lasts me 2+ weeks before a refill. I suppose I could find a way...

High temp and low humidity problems in my tents

I don't have an intake fan, just an exhaust fan. Temps also rise with the exhaust fan on medium.

High temp and low humidity problems in my tents

If I turn the exhaust fan on low, RH goes up and temperature goes up.

High temp and low humidity problems in my tents

I have two 620W Geek Beast Pros in the 4x8 and one 480W Kingbrite in the 4x4. They're not even at full power and I'm having heat issues.
