Nice! They're looking good. They couldh ave started slow because of the nutrients in the soil. It may have stressed them out. Not sure why they are pointed up, maybe heat stress? I wouldnt stress about it. Wait until they build a rootmass until you transplant, maybe another week or so...

You can top ammend with guanos... probably easier depending if you have electricity at your spot and how often you can visit
