To my knowledge, there are currently ZERO countries where cannabis is legal. There are a handful that have decriminalized cannabis, but it's still not totally legal anywhere.:-(

I doubt this is his problem. I use R/O water (my tapwater is AWFUL!!!) and Happy Frog soil and I still get this same buildup from time to time. I've never had any issues as a result of it though, so I've never really worried about it.:leaf:
