They thrive in wet soil. Are you watering too often? The cheapest/easiest way to do it is to water them with Neem oil diluted in water. One or 2 applications and you should be all set with those biggers. I hate those fuckers. More of a nuisance than anything. They don't really do much harm...

Cukes, thanks for the kind words. I used a bake -a - round to make my cool tube, along with 4" ducting. As far as bigger pots goes, I only run 12/12 from seed, and when they're done the roots aren't really too bad. With these size pots i can get 8 pots on the floor, with just a little room to spare.
