You can dry in the tents with the lights on I do it all the time there is no noticeable difference in potency between buds dried in the dark or with the lights on and even if it does slightly lower potency it’s not perceptible. I tested this plenty of times and u can not tell the difference.

Man just I had a whole pack of barnburner that would germinate I had high hopes for it too! I popped some raindance, maverick and cake and chem to keep me busy but I was really liking forward to that one, that’s the only pack I’ve ever had germination issues with gps.

Every environment is different but , wet trim the bugs than drying rack for 3-4 days until outside feels dry than jar them up. Over night the next day they are completely moist again than back on the drying racks for another 13 to 24 hours. This gives the best results for my environment
