I have recently done exactly that works a treat

It is only the bottom most fan leaves that are dying slowly has taken like a week and the stems are not so weak that they come away with a tug I did have a slight nitrogen deficiencey a couple weeks ago but that was quickly sorted thanks to biobizz fish mix I have only recently added more...

hi im at the end of my 3rd week of flower i was wondering if when the lower fan leaves start to die off do you remove them yourself or do u let the girls take what they need from them and shed em herself i know everyone does things different just looking for opinions thanks

ty sir i thought so too have added a lower watt cfl with no reflector to the lower area of space for more side lighting and thinking of adding another the same as has made the bottom area alot brighter without adding more heat as it stays at a steady 78 - 80 so wanna try and maintain that

yeah the light is close but it is not hot enough to burn the plant she seems to love it. i think i will have to cover the electrics as there is no where else to put them any suggestions?

nah its not expensive i have since purchased more and covered the whole area now but thanks for the heads up

yeah i have been uping the nitrogen level slowly but yeah the light does make them look alot lighter than they are but thanks already planning the next grow :lol:
