I found a filter that is 440 cfm same as the fan.

The fan I see is 440 cfm. I see a carbon filter that is 450 cfm. would that work?

I am not really worried about upgrading. I am just doing a small grow with a 250watt light just to save on electric bill. so if I use a 4inch fan. Do I need a speed controller?

would I still need a fan speed controller with a 4inch fan?
