yea...one of those water globe's they sale on TV. they also sale them in CVS & WAL MART. You feel it up with water then stick it in the ground, it gives water very slow. Get about 5 of them..

needs Nitrogen. go with a 15-10-15 plant food for now & dont overwater it, water about every other day feed about every other week

looks good to me! just make sure you water it at least ever other day, i water mine everyday & mist them with water when the sun goes down, they love it when i do that! The bigger the plant is, the more often it needs to be watered. are you giving it any NUTs?
