well u said u were buying a cabinet, just put mylar paypa, u can use 6500k or 5000k cfl bulbs daylight for vegg. on the size thats up to u how long u will vegg n etc. youre growing 3 plants u will need alot of cfl's for that,like more then 4,remember the more light the better, 100watt per plant...

you can get the water ur going to use any type of container n leave it in the grow room so it can be room temp. super cold water n hot water will disturb roots

well the bigger the plant if grown right the more yield. when u vegg for a long time u get more bud.

most likely all will stink n there is nothing u can do about it unless a carbon filter n the intake n outake business.
