maybe go from the window to the fan threw the hood and back out the window...or just open the window some how to keep that room/closet cooler....sounds like you need some kind of intake from outside....hell go straight up to the attic,

dude u dont need a/c...just hook that canfan right to the end of yer reflector blowing threw it then out the window i looked @ yer pics and you have a whole lot of ducting their going up and over then down to many bends
