What are you planning on doing for fans inside once you have plants? It is a very important part of the grow and you won't want to be winging it. Poor air circulation leads to mold and fungus as well as weak plant stalks.

Thrips are usually one of the easier pests to deal with, I agree. White or silvery spots are a big indicator that you are dealing with thrips. Mites are holes or webbing and I'm not seeing that on them.

I feel ya, they can happen in many ways sometimes even on clothing that was worn outdoors brought into a tent, but if you catch them early you should be able to handle them!
