So water source is Tap water , and i do measure ph after I mix it and it is in the right ph range always

I've been feeding it with this . And it does seem to me that at the time I starting feeding them this that the plants started to seem off . I mix it I'm a 1gallon jug . It says 4ml per l . So I put about 15ml of each into the gallon jug and mix with water. It ph's itself to about 5.8 or so 5.9...
