Be careful with how long you cook it for... I mixed some up once in the spring and didn't use it for 7-8mo, those plants starved from the git-go. Even if your plants aren't enjoying it the microbes are chowing down the entire time. Small pots that time too though.

Not sure how close I get to "living soil" but I've always found organics in smaller pots will run out of gas before the grow finishes. I also hate fertilizing and fucking with teas..it's dirty and time consuming. That's the reason I went with mega pots. Mix it strong (plant tone or tomato...
