you can grow with LED I never said you couldn’t but the plants don’t come out the same. And “most” people growing with LED’s don’t know what a properly grown plant looks like. Good to see you around as well.

I would say for a space like that try to find a couple 100w Metal halide or a 315w cmh and rock and roll. I am just getting on here after a couple of years away and not much has changed. The LED guys are still trying to find the right spectrum and the guys that have a clue run Blue...

Thanks for the feedback. For the time being I am doing exactly what you recommend. Going with SE in an AC hood but I have three DE ballast en route in case I want to try a DE later

How high up do you run these and over what footprint?
