I was brave and finally turned my hps light today to 600w however it can still go up to lumen? But what's the lumen Option For? and when should it be dimmed up to lumen?

It's confusing because the time will automatically update an hour back on most smartphones and I would lose my sense of time which would mean I give them an extra hour of light figure it out friend it was puzzling me for a while but now I know the ideal thing to do a normal clock doesn't go back...
