Plurple lights not so good mate white light led's are quite cheap nowadays you could get a supplement light but running 2 lights over a long period is probably gonna cost more than just investing in a half decent light. How big is your tent ?

Should be a dimmer somewhere quite often it's on the bottom of the driver you can normally turn the voltage down with a screwdriver you don't need all that power for them if you can turn down to 50% think that would solve most of the heat problems

Thought I was from alibaba you really need either the driver of the light completely or at the very least a gap between the driver and the sink plate think your led's are going to be having to put up with temps up 50 which will reduce their shelf life not sure about safety wise just check...

I have a Mars hydro and you can remove which I have had to do because too much heat in tent but that heat sink plate doesn't look great mate think that might get pretty hot for your led's what make is that ?

Definitely don't think it's supposed to look like I think it's the flowers(buds) that look white hence the name but white spots on leaves doesn't look good mate I would check for pests and I agree she looks very hungry good luck hope you manage to sort it
