haha talk about overkill. so i could switch to something less powerful like a t5 right now and use it for the rest of veg no problem? looks like t5s are on amazon for about 55$, that sound about right?

temps are 80-82 when ac is off, low 70s when ac is on

honestly i'm not positive on the wattage, the light is so bright though the whole room glows orange from the outside at night haha. i set them on a stool so now they are about 7/8 inches from the light, good spot? thanks for all the tips, first time grower obviously

they are in 5 gallon pots, each watering i'd say I've given them almost 2 liters of water each until it runs out the bottom, then i'll discard extra water. maybe cut down to 1-1.5 liters? as I started w/ fox farm I haven't added any nutrients yet. so you like the molasses, whats does it add?

is it normal to go 1 week between waterings during this early veg phase? had been 5 days since last watering when I watered yesterday, but the soil was probably too moist still in retrospect. fascinating stuff, fun to learn. molasses? i'm assuming you don't literally mean molasses
