    Looks like that branch had split off the stalk a little, the branch may be hurt, but the rest should be fine, the shit is tough, i split the middle of mine, duct taped it for a week, it healed just fine and kept right on growing

    access to 3 sides for a scrog would be good. like noidave111 says, you'll probably need to do a sea of green rather than a scrog... you probably better top once and let them grow in flower for your time frame. Training for a scrog and multiple toppings add alot of time to veg,, doesnt sound you...
