Have a question about venting to outside. Does the negative pressure doing that causes make your central a/c unit cooling your home work noticeably harder? Thinking about outside venting myself.

I'm looking hard the Timber 3vl or 4vl. Others have said 3vl would be great for my tent. 320 and 425w I was thinking the 4vl only because it has four cobs instead of 3, but I'm hearing 3 is fine.
