im a first timer too and i got the same brown spot on one of my leaves so i researched and it looks like a phosphorus is needed. i bought some bone meal and mixed it in with a spoon. plants need alot of water so i doubt they are overwater. alot of people on here seem to think over/underwatering...

id say ur lights or placement of them...sucks. do u think that all those lights only light up a 2'' radius? put ur hand by the leaf is it too hot for ur hand then its for the plants. my two cents
