There are different types of fleas so I’m not sure if they all jump. All I know is I saw all types of bugs in my garden but ph fixed it as well as nutrients. Could be issue with roots it doesn’t always show by drooping and looking over heated in case that helps.

I don’t have experience with clones but transplanting can droop the leaves. My plants also drooped and did stuff like that when it needed water.
