I just repotted them 3 days ago from 1.5 g to 3 g. I want them to finish in 5 g but right now they are barely 1 ft tall. Should I have more distance from light so they stretch a bit?

Plz I am a begginer grower and I would like to know what deficiency this is. Growth is slow. These 3 l.a. confidential plants are almost 2 months old.
