honestly you should just get yourself a t5 setup, they work wonders. I bought 2 new ones at home depot for 28$ each ( bulbs are 22'in long ) not too long ago. And man they work for clones and even veg. But of course just use them for your clones haha.

It's always better to invest the money, it will save you time and money in the long run. If you cheap out on a inline fan your temp can kill/burn your plants, bringing you a whole set of new problems. Make sure you have a good fan in there circulating air flow all around, it will help you...

dang the plant was topped twice at least but the the thing you did wrong was having the light too far from the plant, specially for a sativa strain they tend to stretch out double their size. Next time you should should try Low stress train it after you have topped them, and continue to train it...

Get yourself a General Hydroponics pH Control Kit, it has a pH up and down to manage your pH, a testing vial, a dripper to add your nutes, and the pH Test Indicator. The kit itself will teach you how to use everything, you'll get the hang of it. I would avoid giving your plants any more water...

Don't want to give you any wrong info here, but it looks to me some kind of calcium deficiency or it might be your pH. ( i say ph because i can see yellowing in the tips of your leafs and can look similar to a calcium deficiency. ) If i was you i would go out and buy some CALiMAGic, never hurts...
