You can still remove smaller leaves but do this with caution if you do, as the smaller/younger leaves photosynthesise better than the large fans at this stage. Looking forward to seeing an update photo. Try and get the full canopy of all the plants together if you can......? :hump:

Personally I’d leave them be Logan. Depending on the strain, I have found strains that produce dense buds will still have fairly solid nugs with minimal lighting. You may be able to strategically remove a fan leaf or 2 to allow more light..... Having small low powered lights can come in handy...

Yes I understand that, and agree with the dozen bottle feeding frenzie your talking about. But that’s the whole purpose of having a 3 part nutrient imo. Is to feed the plant at different ratios of the plants life/needs. The 3 part fertilisers are not a veg only nutrient as homebrewer is talking...

Yes they did, I removed the effected leaves and carried on vegging for another couple of weeks. I wondered if the stronger soap concentration I had, clogged up the stomatas!?

Yea I agree with you xtsho. But do you use veg nutes from start to finish? Do you feel the plants nutritional requirements change after the transition into flower??

I check my Ppms after and before every feeding/res top up. Nute strength was no different to any other feeding. Only the Ratio of NPK, ca, mag etc adding the veg nutes. I had a passionfruit vine that would produce a lot of flowers, but the flowers would never fruit. I went into the local garden...

I can’t remember exactly how much soap I used but it was just soap and water. My leaves did the exact same thing as leeskis. Maybe the concentration was too strong? But they did not like it lol.

I use neem regularly as a preventative and a solution to most infestations! and it’s rather gentle and natural. I’ve used a soap solution and it’s far from gentle.

Your theory has me stumped tbh Homebrewer lol. Do you add bloom boosters through flower? I’ve accidentally used veg nutes in flower instead of bloom. and the plants/leaves showed faint signs of nitrogen toxicity and buds didn’t swell/put on weight. If this were the case then why does every...
