Well i have a clone dome/seedling tray and a heat mat but these are autoflower feminized seeds so they went straight into the 3gal pots they will be staying in.

Mainly im curious of the distance of pot to light for sprouting, and the clones going from 18-6 to 24hours

no light is needed but i saw some videos of other experienced growers doing it so it cant be harmful.... unless i have too close? (lights are on for heat issues in my cold basement) thanks for response
