    It has characteristics of male and female preflowers so I'm also having a hard time, the best thing to do is just wait and not to stress! Keep your eye out for those tiny hairs, you will most likely see them on higher growth! I hope I could help!

    Looks like calcium deficiency to me, is it more prevalent on the higher or lower growth of the plant?

    If you want your plant to stay smaller I would definetly recommend researching L.S.T. (low stress training), or H.S.T. (high stress training). Both can achieve your goal of having smaller plants but it is up to personal preference. Another thing to keep in mind is the strain and genetics...
