OP stated budget was 6-800 for an 8x8 room. 2 650s would not cut it. You would need 4. Thats why I recommended the HPS option because no LED system can light up that space for 800$.

You recomend 1 of those lights for an 8x8 footprint? No way. OP, 4 x 600w HPS. That should fit your budget and provide enough light for your space.
