Ok I've been growing in coco coir for around 2 or 3 years now running advanced nutrients coco bloom as my base. Every grow I have the bud turns out decent but doesn't have that long lasting high/punch. High usually last around 40-60 mins. I've tried a few different strains so it's not genetics...

With coco you will water more and use smaller pots. Pro mix water less and bigger pots.

They'll be fine just be light with the protekt as it's one of the stronger silica supplements. I use hydrogaurd from transplant at recommended dose pretty good stuff and will last long time at 2ml a gal

Look into bayer fruit and vegetable I think it's the same stuff basically mild imidicloprid dose and way cheaper than promis.
