I'd definitely get a way bigger fan, and if you're upgrading anyways look into cooler light technology (LEDs)

Its really weird - sometimes I take a fat dab and my eyes are clear as the night sky. Then, I'll take a rip off a pipe and my eyes look like the devil's dick. Always wondered what contributes to red eyes when smoking.

There's tons of hybrids you can choose from, I would maybe recommend a glue strain? check out some of those see if they sound like something you may like.
