that’s why i went with 15 per 4x4 and running them @ 700mA

simple 2mm thick 20mm wide aluminium u profile does the trick, i can recommend gemmel metalle. you can see my build with these profiles at https://www.rollitup.org/t/new-year-new-grow-room-new-lights-new-everything.982825/ profiles get barely warmer then ambient
