They do mute the smell. Bovada advertises the proper humidity should coat the heads of the trichomes preventing the smells from escaping. I dunno if that's true but that how they explain it works. If you break a bud open the smell is fully there. I'm not sure if this works scientifically but...

You have a lot of learning to do still. Cheap seeds doesnt equal to low grade weed. Barneys farm, Greenhouse, dinafem aren't cheap and they suck ass. PeakseedsBC, Briscoe bargain beans has cheap beans that are fire for example.
