Yep thanks man they were shocked pretty hard. But they got better I put the light back up 4.5 ft over them and took the fan off them to help them keep the moisture. They bounced back after a day and half and then I let the light back down and put the fan on. They've been strong and taking off.

No and yes. Too little water will make them fall like the and be very limp if you try barely lifting up the leaf an letting it go. If it has too much water it'll droop but when lifting it it will be tighter.
