Yes you can but it literally defeats the purpose of having organic soil. There are organic nutes you can add if you need to fix something. The salt content of the synth nutes will kill the micro bacteria that is in the organic soil.

I always leave my seedlings under a 2 ft 2 bulb T12 light both bulbs are 6500k "ultra blue" . The latest ones I had were about 8 inches tall and had 5-6 nodes, I kept them super short, I don't have a lot of head space. Also those lights are really cheap and cheap on power bill.

I agree but normally calcium deficiency doesn't get to the leaf edges until most of the leaf is ate up, but yes it does look like some cal issue. Personally I use Raw Nutes with all their little ammendments, I'd hit mine with shot of phosphorus and cal/mag.
