I will be starting a new grow in a couple of weeks and for the first time using nutrients. When i mix up my nutrients with water is it advisable to keep it aerated? Thanks.

Thanks Guys. I managed to get hold of some predatory mites yesterday. Its my first time using them but my research seemed to suggest they were the best way to go. Fingers crossed i guess.

I have found that the blue cfl works really well for veg,maybe even as good as my 400 but red cfl for flowering is nowhere near as good as HID.

I am going on what a friend said to me when i got the cuttings. I am 7 weeks into flowering now so just assumed it would take one more week. Thankyou for the info Nas. I have been looking at a product called nite nite spider mite...do you think i have enough time to use products?

Thankyou Nitegazer. I think your right. I just noticed little black things on the underside of some of the leaves. Could you give me more advice on what to do at this point of flowering?

Im about a week away from drying this grow so no dramas but for future grows i would like to know what/if anything i can do about how brittle and dry the leaf is also the yellow spots on my leaves? Or even if i have to do anything! The yellowing started about a fortnight ago. Thankyou.

Hi Rafael. 2X250w led will be fine for your grow. I briefly tried using led's but found them to be a bit slow. If your budget is low then cfl looks to be a good idea. I have a little veg room with a 200w cfl in and the cuttings have come on really well under it.
