I grew a couple of the R2's this past fall, they were slow all the way through. Not a ton of stretch on mine, so veg them accordingly. One of the two was a frost monster. Smell and taste were a bit understated for my liking, but I'm betting there is something nice hiding in that mix of genetics.

Its a clone only from Maine, been around for a long time. No idea how legit the TH seeds version is. The cut itself is green and crosses tend to express purple in the flowers, at least in my experience. If you can't locate a cut on Strainly etc, those seeds might be your best option.

Have you run females in the past so you have some idea of what your getting? That's my criteria. Too many known seeds waiting, to make more that are just a complete roll of the dice. Off spring could be stellar, but I only have so much time on this planet.
