For pot size, I'd recommend something along the lines of a gallon. Starting off, solo cups work great but you will have to transplant. As for lighting, I'm a fan of 18-6. Jumping from 24-0 or 20-4 for veg to 12-12 for bloom CAN cause stress on her, but that's opinionated.
