So if I were to start growing in a small closet, with the higher light spectrum for vegetation (5000-6500k), instead of moving everything around in my closet for flowering, I can just switch the lights to (2700k-3000k) and my closet will be alright for flowering, right?

Well my budget can be around 200, but I'm not sure about what I can do about the ventilation exhaust, it's an enclosed closet, just a door and a small space and a window/electricity outlet nearby. (outside of the door)

So I'm thinking of buying the 'ultimate grow kit' from nirvana. Anyone have any thoughts on that? Is it really necessary? also, are seeds from nirvana legit? :)
