What I did was in my main line off the sump pump I put a small fitting the shoots back down into the Rez. It helps mix and airrate when the pump is running. And when the pump shuts off it’s breaks the vacuum and drains back into the Rez. No more syphoning.

How do you figure 7-8week veg? Those are small plants. These are 6week veg in 3gal pots

I have the ability to run 900watts of cobs in my 3x3. 12 cobs dimmed way down. Lol. Probably in the 4-500 total watts range.
