Water is tap water from my well and the ph of that is always around 8.

Ok if I mix a fresh bale of sunshine mix #4 with each 100 gallon pot and reamend it. I should be fine? They were very healthy last year.

How much lime? Just follow directions on bag?

Ok I did the slurry test it’s showing a ph of 7.5. So I’m assuming I buy lime and follow the directions to bring my ph down?

No topping or fim at all. They always grow like this naturally.

Here’s an update... I started to ph my water nothing else. The close ups of the buds is the plant that had the purplish issue the worst. Grew out of it and does show signs of it inside the buds but as the buds developed it slowly cleared up.

Well I can say his stumbleweed is great. I gave 2 seedlings to my cousin to grow and they grew to about 5ft tall x 6ft wide in the ground. Cut them about mid sept. With about 5 percent Amber trics not one bit of mold.

I don’t know if anyone else has checked out getaway site lately but it’s been updating for over 2 weeks now. Anybody notice that?

I know what you’re saying about promix. I can Germ my seeds in peat pellets and I can achieve the same thing for 4 weeks.

I’m no expert but I try to stick with what works for me is all. But try it next time no food up to 4 weeks and see if it works for you.
