The 1 gal per month rule has always treated me well... rounding up.. 1 gal media per month of growth. If you transplant from say 1 gal to 7 gal, then you say 6 months of growth... you know? I often add an extra gal or two so i do not have to water as often..

I don't have much scrog experience... but... i think you want to start weaving that tallest growth through the screen.. Looks good. Maybe leave the plant with a few more large fan leaves... ?

Something to remember... leaf damage does not correct itself (except N yellowing). So, look for nice new growth, not fixed old growth.
