Yeah, you should do fine with t12s. I have a couple I used for vegging my first run, they work great for veg. But like john dee said, keep them close to the plants. They have poor penetration. Good luck.

Also, I think the curling may be from too high heat and little humidity. Try bumping the temps down or get it closer to the light and it should stop.

Welcome Mrclean, Looks like your off to a good start. About your Pineapple, it's very possible that they are all pineapple. Usually strains will have different phenotypes, which is why it may look different. Good luck on your grow, if you have any questions feel free to ask.

If you already have the 150w hps, I'd suggest use that. Don't worry about yield either, learn to use what you got. It'll make it so much easier for you when you decide to upgrade. And I'm sure once you get the hang of it you'll put good yields with your 150. I use CFL and pull decent yields...

Agreed with Truckstop, you should be okay. My plants aren't usually that smelly until the last 2-3 weeks until harvest. But I don't run any odor control, unfortunately.

Have you changed your light schedule to 12/12? Plants will show sex in veg once they become sexually mature. But they will not begin to bud until 12/12.
