I think the mars or spider farmer leds would work well for you. I’ve seen really good results with them lights and they are reasonably priced. you’ll save coin on power and won’t have to buy globes.

Yeah mate 1200w of hps would kill that space easily, you could go two 1000w hps but the op’s power bill would be brutal.

I’d get two 600w hps lights and swap to led in the warmer months.

Kinda looks like spider mite damage to me, check the under side of the leaf you’ll need a loupe to spot them and the eggs. dead red mite killer

Looks like mites to me also, I use a loupe to check my plants leafs. I treat mites with a teaspoon of isopropyl with a teaspoon of dish washing liquid mixed into a 500ml of water into a spray bottle. I’ve tried lots of products to kill mites and the above is what worked for me.
