If your root ball/mass isn't "screaming" for a transplant, I'd leave them until they bounce back. Transplant adds shock, NO MATTER HOW HEALTHY, and will only compound your matters worse. What size pots are they in, 4 inch ? PPM is a North America thing and EC is an European/Australian thing...
