Tiger Bloom calls for 2-3 teaspoons after the flip to 12-12. It's a little more forgiving as nutrients go. You can use it at around 1 teaspoon if thats what you wanted to do. But, if it was me, I'd get myself a bottle of Dyna-Gro Foliage Pro and use it at around a teaspoon or so most of the way...
