Total bullshit here, you won't achieve anything holding it in your lungs... except lack of oxygen that leads to brain cell damage (you will also feel a bit dizzy if you overdo it). Cannabinoids stays in your lungs instant while you inhale. Other than that, it just makes you look like a retard.

2 weeks after germ and looks like shit. Their leafs are so crispy that falls apart if i bend them. its an og#18, no nutes, only allmix soil. my other plant (same age) is fine and healthy.
