What training i need to fit 2 plants in a small tent?

My tent is 60x60 cm and height 160cm with 250W MH/HPS cooltubed light.
I want to grow 2 white widow plants and aim for the the biggest yield as possible. I guess i have to minimize the leaf/branche dense inside the tent. What training technique i need to achieve that? Also for various reasons i'm not able to do SCROG, so this is out of the question. Thanks in advance!

Well white widows are an indica so they'll stay relatively short, just use LST to keep an even canopy and since your tent is 5 ft high and you wanna keep your light at least a foot away from your canopy, i'd switch to 12/12 once they are around 70 cm tall. Nice thank you! What about the path of the plant? Could i train it to follow a geometric path, in order to take the full advantage of the available space? For example like this (I dont even know if its possible, please dont laugh )

For maximum yield in that space I would grow one plant....cramming plants can be a false economy imo...

I always grow 1 plant in the past and had great results. The last grow yielded 105g (dried). But but, if i do LST right, i hope i'll get 150-180g.

Yeah thats pretty much it. You can do whatever itll grow to really.i tie whatever way works best to get the most even canopy for light purposes.
