Yeah my 1 1000w HPS uses 9.75Amps @ 120V and 4.5Amps at 240V watts are same but 240 makes it easier on the equipment as well as less of a power drain. My 100+ year home has a old fuse panel with only 100 amps service so I have to make every one count. I went from using 45+ amps with a shit...
